Shot was alright this morning...it's definitely getting harder to find a spot to give the shot that doesn't already have a hole! :) My tummy is covered with dots from previous shots!
Cramping and bloating are definitely getting more intense...but that means the follicles are growing. Today, we found out that one of my ovaries had 2 follicles that had matured (size 18/19) and at least 4 more that should be mature by morning. The other ovary had 4 that are close to maturation (in the 14/15 range). So, it looks like we are still on track for a retrieval on Thursday/Friday. We are expecting a phone call later today that will confirm the follicle sizes and my estrogen level. But, the doctor said everything looks really good.
From this point, we have to go in for bloodwork/sonogram every day until the retrieval.
