Day One

Well today, I took my first dose of Lupron this morning! I was really nervous about giving myself a shot (in the tummy)...but Kris cheered me on and reminded me of why we were doing this! I was pleasantly suprised that it really didn't hurt once I got the needle in! I definitely felt like a newbie when I couldn't get the stopper to go down...but I figured it out. :) I was surprised a few minutes later when my tummy started to burn-but it did pass within a couple minutes and all is well. :)

In addition, I had to take children's aspirin this morning (and will continue to for some time). It is grape flavored!! It was very yummy...I will enjoy taking those every morning. :)
